개인정보처리방침

INSA(insacard.com, 이하 "서비스")는 디지털 명함을 만들고 공유하는 서비스입니다. 본 방침은 서비스가 어떤 정보를 수집하고 어떻게 사용·보관·보호하는지 설명합니다.

1. 수집하는 정보

계정 정보 — 로그인에 사용하는 이메일 주소. 비밀번호는 수집하지 않습니다(이메일 링크 로그인 방식).
명함 정보 — 이용자가 직접 입력하는 이름, 직함, 회사, 전화번호, 이메일, 웹사이트, 회사 로고 등. 발행된 명함은 이용자가 정한 공개 주소(insacard.com/아이디)로 누구나 열람할 수 있습니다.
명함첩 — 이용자가 저장한 다른 사람의 명함 목록.
이용 기록 — 명함 조회수, 서비스 운영에 필요한 기술 로그(접속 IP, 브라우저 정보 등 Cloudflare 인프라가 처리하는 표준 로그).

2. 이용 목적

로그인 및 계정 관리 (로그인 링크 이메일 발송)
디지털 명함의 생성·발행·공유·명함첩 기능 제공
서비스 보안, 오류 확인, 품질 개선

서비스는 개인정보를 판매하지 않으며, 광고 목적의 추적을 하지 않습니다.

3. 쿠키

로그인 상태 유지를 위한 세션 쿠키 1개만 사용합니다. 광고·추적용 쿠키는 사용하지 않습니다.

4. 처리 위탁 및 보관

Cloudflare (미국) — 서버·데이터베이스 호스팅
Resend (미국) — 로그인 링크 이메일 발송

데이터는 위 인프라(미국 리전)에 보관되며, 전송 구간은 HTTPS로 암호화됩니다. 로그인 토큰은 해시 형태로만 저장됩니다.

5. 보유 기간 및 삭제

계정과 명함 정보는 이용자가 삭제를 요청할 때까지 보관됩니다. 계정 삭제, 명함 삭제, 열람·정정 요청은 아래 연락처로 문의하시면 지체 없이 처리합니다.

6. 이용자의 권리

이용자는 언제든지 자신의 정보에 대한 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 발행한 명함은 본인이 직접 수정할 수 있으며, 공개를 원치 않으면 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.

7. 아동의 개인정보

본 서비스는 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다.

Privacy Policy

INSA (insacard.com, the "Service") lets you create and share digital business cards. This policy explains what we collect and how we use, store, and protect it.

1. Information we collect

Account — the email address you sign in with. We never collect passwords (magic-link sign-in).
Card content — information you choose to enter: name, title, company, phone, email, website, company logo. Published cards are publicly viewable at the address you choose (insacard.com/yourname).
Wallet — the list of cards you save from other people.
Usage — card view counts and standard technical logs processed by our infrastructure (Cloudflare), such as IP address and browser information.

2. How we use it

Sign-in and account management (sending login-link emails)
Providing the card creation, publishing, sharing, and wallet features
Security, debugging, and service improvement

We do not sell personal information and do not use advertising trackers.

3. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies.

4. Service providers & storage

Cloudflare (US) — hosting and database
Resend (US) — sending login-link emails

Data is stored on the infrastructure above (US region) and encrypted in transit via HTTPS. Login tokens are stored only as hashes.

5. Retention & deletion

Account and card data are kept until you ask us to delete them. To delete your account or cards, or to access or correct your data, contact us below and we will act promptly.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your data at any time. You can edit your own published cards directly, and request removal if you no longer want a card public.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 14.
